Project Management
We employ Prince2 (project management) methodology and techniques to deliver projects on time and within budget.
PRINCE2 is principle-based methodology originally developed by the UK Government and used extensively around the world. It offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management.
The 7 principles are:

- Defined roles and responsibilities
- Emphasis on dividing the project into manageable and controllable stages
- Manage by exception
- Product-based planning approach/li>
- Flexibility and tailoring
Implementing change requires good communication skills and the willingness and ability to provide guidance and motivation to every stakeholder. Ensuring staff know where the company is headed and why. Giving them a sense of purpose and keeping them engaged is key to successful project implementation.
